Privacy notice

This site has one form, the partner terms request. This notice explains what that form collects and what happens to it. Last updated 17 September 2026.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: company name, company website, your name, role, work email, phone if you give it, the approximate number of District entities you represent, how you would like us to work, and any notes. The form also records the time it was sent and, for abuse prevention, the network address it came from.

How it is used

To review your accreditation request and reply to you. We do not sell it, add it to a marketing list, or share it with anyone other than the email and hosting providers that process it on our behalf. If we do not proceed together, we delete the request within twelve months.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our content delivery provider may keep short-lived security logs of requests, as any hosting provider does.

Public inquiries

District Agent Services does not provide services to the general public, and messages from individuals or companies seeking a registered agent are not retained beyond the time needed to redirect them to the public notice.
